The cooler compartment is like Mary Poppins' bag it fits way more than you'd expect, and our drinks stayed awesomely cold. We managed to fit 4 bottles of wine with some waters. It made getting from the campsite to the beach super convenient. The backpack's design and comfort level were top-notch. It felt like it was tailor-made for our trip. The purple color is super pretty too. We even had fellow campers asking where they could get one. Love it!
