Returns Policy

Return Period

At Beer Mountain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at cheers@beermountainlife.com to request a return label.
2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
3. Restocking Fee: There is a $10 restocking fee for all returned items, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
